Job descriptionPerform first-level troubleshooting of user-reported issues by analyzing system functionality and reviewing historical data to identify root causes and determine resolution or escalation paths. Implementing and maintaining monitoring solutions to identify potential problems before they escalate. Analyzing system performance, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing improvements. Automating repetitive tasks and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors. Conducting thorough reviews of incidents to learn from mistakes and prevent future occurrences. Working closely with development, operations, and other teams to ensure system reliability. Creating and maintaining clear and concise documentation for systems and processes. Deep knowledge in handling Ticketing, CRM & Post Sales Support suites like Zoho / Salesforce / HubSpot or other equivalent suites Demonstrated ability in deeply understanding system functionality, troubleshooting issues based on your understanding, and thinking from the user's shoes. Standard proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Python, Java, C++. Experience in using and managing cloud telephony services such as ZoomPhone Familiarity with monitoring tools and techniques. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Experience in ERP, Inventory Management and Hardware Standard knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
