Role : As the Head of Research & Development and Product Development, you will be responsible for leading a team of talented technicians, and designers to develop cutting-edge technical textile solutions.

You will be at the forefront of identifying new market opportunities, developing innovative products, and driving the commercialization process.

• Oversee the development of new weaving, printing, coating, and finishing technologies.
• Manage the product development process, from concept to commercialization.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in textile technology and science.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and research institutions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
