Performance Marketer

We're seeking a results-driven Performance Marketer to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing paid digital campaigns across multiple channels to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all campaigns align with brand objectives and deliver measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities :

Ability to create, optimize, and scale lead generation, conversion, and retargeting campaigns.

Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.

Understanding of Pixel setup, UTM tracking, and event tracking for performance measurement.

Basic understanding of keyword research, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies.

Competence in preparing weekly / monthly performance reports.

Understanding of funnel optimization, A / B testing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

Highly result-oriented with a focus on measurable outcomes.

Certification in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram), or Analytics preferred.

Experience : 1–3 years (entry / mid-level) or 3–5 years (senior roles) in digital or performance marketing.
