Sr. HR Manager

Job description

The role will play a strategic role to define and implement HR initiatives for the group's tissue / personal care products businesses in India. Reporting to the Country Head, the role will work on conceptualising HR strategies and executing them to produce tangible business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage and align with business heads to formulate short to long term strategic HR plans in support of business and infrastructure project goals
• Work with business stakeholders and HR teams to execute HR plans to produce tangible and sustainable business performance
• Build and develop human resource organization to support sustainable biz growth
• Ensure HR plans are aligned to the organization values
• Lead and facilitate culture integration programs
• Manage HR harmonization project with Parent group
• Play a leading role in talent acquisition and management and drive key HR processes – Manpower budgeting, performance management and talent development, employee engagement mandates
