The role, reporting into the Global Tower Lead, Time and Attendance, will manage and oversee the end-to-end implementation of CBRE's time and attendance product, which runs off UKG platform for enterprise-level clients across the APAC region. The successful candidate will drive project success and act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.
What You'll Do :
- Develop and execute regional deployment strategies that align with client expectations and company objectives for large-scale time and attendance rollouts.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, data migration, and post-go-live support. Responsible for maintaining, developing, and constructing processes, enhancements and new features related to Time and Attendance for the People organization within CBRE.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing all project-related communications, providing regular updates on progress, and addressing any potential issues. Works with internal stakeholders to assess and identify areas of improvement within their tower process and product landscape
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
- Develop comprehensive user guides and training materials to ensure high user adoption and self-sufficiency for client's post-implementation.
What You'll Need :
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in managing large-scale software or product deployments, specifically in time and attendance or workforce management.Has a solid technical understanding of the UKG product, maintains and coordinates on Internal Platform documentation and business SOP documents as required.Experience with functionality design requirements and implementation best practices.Experience guiding initiatives and stakeholders through change and process improvement.Experience and qualifications in Process Mapping, Continuous Improvement, Lean, Six Sigma and Solution Design principles preferred.Why CBRE
