a) Minimum 5 years of IT experience
b) Minimum 2 years of Program Management experience.
c) 2 years’ experience of Network deployments.
d) Experience of handling / managing teams
e) On payroll of the Bidder.
Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the entire project & operational Life Cycle.
Responsibility for the entire execution & management of the project after receipt of purchase order.
Co-ordination for Delivery / Installation of New hardware in stipulated time frame
Call flow management, Quality Service Delivery
Overall monitoring and management of network gateway security and related services
SLA management and reporting, Sign –off from end customer
Submission of periodical Reviews and reports required to Customer.
Crisis management / Change management and emergency response procedures.
Drive Quarterly Collection.
Responsible for Documentation of important communication, MOM etc…
Experience in deployment of MPLS, ILL, DDOS project in Large scale.
