Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Influencer Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in executing influencer campaigns, building brand partnerships, and driving engagement across social media platforms. The role involves identifying and collaborating with influencers to promote our products / services, managing end-to-end campaign execution, and analyzing campaign performance to ensure optimal results.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand goals to drive engagement, awareness, and conversions.
- Understanding of influencers, category, scripting, understanding and updated with regulation by ASCI. Draft guidelines for influencers for smoother flow.
- Identify and establish relationships with relevant agencies and influencers across multiple platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.), ensuring alignment with brand values and target audience.
- Work closely with influencers to co-create authentic content that resonates with the audience and drives desired actions.
- Oversee the execution of influencer campaigns, from planning and briefing influencers to monitoring content and ensuring timely delivery.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics (reach, engagement, ROI,leads, etc.), provide actionable insights, and optimize future campaigns for better results.
- Build long-term relationships with influencers, turning them into brand advocates to continuously support the brand's messaging.
- Work with the creative, PR, and paid media teams to align influencer campaigns with overall marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Should also be well versed with SEBI / RBI guidelines on fin-influencers.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
5 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketingStrong knowledge of social media platforms and influencer trendsProven experience in building relationships with influencers and managing influencer campaigns.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze data and report on the success of campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.Experience with influencer marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Upfluence, AspireIQ, etc.) is a plus.Education :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Personal Attributes :
