We are looking for passionate and driven

Business Process Analysts

to join our team in Hyderabad, India.

What You’ll Do

Collaborate with clients and onshore teams to understand business processes and ensure smooth BAU operations.

Respond to issues / escalations promptly and provide effective solutions.

Identify process gaps and implement improvements where needed.

Prepare business and process documentation and secure approvals.

Coordinate with technical teams for process implementation.

Support SIT and UAT testing with the QA team.

What We’re Looking For

2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the

Banking (Capital Markets)

domain.

Strong understanding of Capital Markets and Financial Securities.

Proficiency in

Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint

(SQL knowledge is an added advantage).

Ability to create clear and concise business process documents.

Excellent communication skills and experience working with global teams.
