About the Role

We are seeking an AI / ML Engineer to lead the development of voicebots, chatbots, and predictive intelligence for our digital-first debt collection platform. You will design NLP models and conversational AI flows that improve borrower engagement and recovery efficiency.

Responsibilities

Develop AI-powered chatbots and voicebots for borrower communication.
Build and train NLP models to understand borrower intent, behavior, and risk signals.
Design conversational flows and integrate them into multi-channel communication systems (SMS, WhatsApp, IVR, Email).
Work on predictive analytics for borrower behavior (best time / channel to connect).
Collaborate with backend engineers for real-time integration.

Requirements

Strong expertise in Python, NLP frameworks (spaCy, HuggingFace, Rasa, etc.) .

Experience in conversational AI, chatbot frameworks, or voicebot systems .

Knowledge of machine learning pipelines and model deployment .

Familiarity with AWS / GCP AI services, OpenAI APIs .

Bonus : Prior experience in fintech, collections, or customer service AI .
