About Us :

Lascade is a fast-growing mobile app studio creating scalable, user-centric experiences across platforms. We're hiring a  UI / UX Designer to elevate our app and web products with clean, delightful interfaces and seamless journeys.

What You'll Do :

  • Design  mobile-first UI / UX for iOS, Android, and responsive web.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketers to shape intuitive app flows.
  • Own the visual consistency and component structure across design systems.
  • Create  prototypes, wireframes, user flows, and final visual designs .
  • Bring insights from  user behavior, funnels, and retention into design iterations.

What We're Looking For :

  • Portfolio demonstrating experience with  mobile and web UI / UX design .
  • Proficiency in  Figma , Sketch, or similar design tools.
  • Understanding of  design systems , UX principles, and user psychology.
  • A bias toward clean, modern aesthetics and usability-driven layouts.
  • Comfortable working in an  agile and fast-paced product environment .
