Responsabilidades

Profissional com perfil na área de BPO, com foco na interface entre a gerência da Petrobras e fornecedores, atuando diretamente no diligenciamento dos sistemas de Comunicações, tais como, radiocomunicação e telefonia satelital. Possuir postura organizada, proativa e com forte capacidade de planejamento, sendo responsável por garantir o andamento das atividades operacionais, cumprimento de prazos, monitoramento de SLAs e comunicação clara entre as partes envolvidas.

Formação

Nível Médio Técnico nas modalidades Eletrotécnica, Eletrônica ou Telecomunicações, com registro no Conselho de Classe.

Conhecimentos Desejáveis

SAP PM e SAP MM, pacote de aplicativos Office (Excel, Access, Word, Powerpoint) e Power BI.
