Key Responsibilities 1. B2B Sales & Channel Development
- Drive business through all possible B2B channels, including : o Channel Partners & Dealers – manage sub-dealers and resellers. o Corporate Clients – approach private companies and business groups. o Institutions – schools, colleges, universities, academies. o Government Projects – municipal corporations, sports authorities, public sector. o Builders & Contractors – collaborate with real estate developers and project contractors. o Consultants & Architects – network for project specifications. o Sports Clubs & Fitness Centers – engage clubs, gyms, and event organizers.
- Prospect and acquire new clients.
- Achieve B2B sales targets with closure support from the Branch Sales Manager. 2. B2C Sales (Company-Generated Leads)
- Follow up on company-generated leads, nurture prospects, and guide them toward purchase.
- Coordinate with the Branch Sales Manager to close sales successfully.
- Ensure excellent customer service and referrals for future business.
3. Quotations & Project Designs
Coordinate with the CRM Manager to prepare quotations and project designs.Present proposals to clients, clarify queries, and assist in negotiations under guidance of the Branch Sales Manager.Ensure all proposals are accurate and submitted on time. 4. Collections & Revenue TrackingFollow up on pending payments and collections from B2B and B2C clients under the guidance of Branch Sales Manager.Ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues while maintaining good client relations.Track collection progress against targets and report regularly to the Branch Sales Manager. 5. CRM & Lead MonitoringMaintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.Track conversion rates, pipeline status, and collection progress.Generate reports for the Branch Sales Manager on both sales and collections performance. 6. Branch & Team SupportSupport branch sales initiatives and collaborate with team members to achieve collective targets.Mentor junior staff where required. 7. Reporting & Market InsightsSubmit daily, weekly, and monthly updates on sales and collection progress to the Branch Sales Manager.Provide insights on market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.Escalate challenges related to sales or collections to the Branch Sales Manager for guidance and resolution.
