Job descriptionPrepare and file personal (T1) and corporate (T2) tax returns in compliance with CRA regulations Ensure all required tax documents and financial data are accurately compiled Identify potential tax deductions and credits for clients Liaise with clients to gather necessary documentation and answer tax-related questions Maintain and update company books using QuickBooks Online / Desktop Generate financial reports and manage chart of accounts Set up new clients and manage multiple company files if needed Provide QuickBooks support and troubleshooting Assist with document management, filing, and data entry Handle correspondence with clients, vendors, and government agencies Support office operations, including scheduling, answering phones, and email communications Maintain confidentiality and security of financial and client records Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Minimum 2–5 years of experience in full-cycle accounting and tax preparation Proficient in QuickBooks (Online / Desktop) Knowledge of Canadian tax regulations (personal and corporate) Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong time management and organizational skills Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Full-Cycle Accounting
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare and post journal entries and adjusting entries as needed
- Reconcile financial discrepancies and resolve accounting issues
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements
- Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts
