Affiliate Marketing Specialist (Revenue Share Basis)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced, well-connected, and target-driven Affiliate Marketing Specialist to lead, grow, and manage our affiliate and performance marketing partnerships. Your focus will be driving conversions for HitFame Premium and Professional plans on a Revenue Share basis only .

👉 Important Note : This role is strictly performance and revenue-share driven. There will be no fixed monthly compensation. Earnings will be based on the revenue generated through affiliate sales of HitFame Premium and Professional plans.

Key Responsibilities🤝 Affiliate Partnership Development

  • Identify, onboard, and manage high-performing affiliates, agencies, influencers, and ad networks.
  • Negotiate commission structures, payout terms, tracking mechanisms, and KPIs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with CPA, CPL, CPS networks, affiliate aggregators, and publisher alliances.

📈 Performance-Based Growth Execution

  • Plan and execute campaigns across influencer-based, mobile app installs, paid media affiliates, coupon / deal sites, and entertainment communities.
  • Optimize towards conversion, CAC, LTV, and ROI.
  • Collaborate with paid marketing to maximize efficiency and avoid overlap.

    • 🧰 Affiliate Tech & Tracking

  • Manage platforms such as Impact, Trackier, Admitad, Refersion, Tapfiliate, and Post Affiliate Pro.
  • Implement UTMs, S2S tracking, attribution links, and pixel-based monitoring.
  • Validate and troubleshoot performance reporting across Google Analytics, Appsflyer, and in-app dashboards.

    • 📊 Campaign Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor performance metrics : leads, activations, retention, churn, and payout economics.
  • Identify underperforming partners and optimize campaigns.
  • Deliver weekly / monthly reports to leadership.

    • 💰 Revenue Growth & Funnel Optimization

  • Own the affiliate channel P&L for Premium & Pro plans.
  • Create high-converting creatives, banners, and videos in collaboration with the content team.
  • Develop tiered offers, incentive campaigns, contests, and affiliate-exclusive promo codes.

    • ✍️ Blog & Content Monetization Support

  • Monetize HitFame’s blog / news section via affiliate partnerships, programmatic ads, and sponsored content.
  • Introduce entertainment-relevant affiliate offers, job boards, or creator tools for revenue growth.

    • 📢 Influencer Affiliate Programs

  • Build hybrid commission / fixed+variable partnerships with influencers.
  • Activate creators across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn to promote Premium offerings.
  • Develop long-term ambassador relationships with entertainment professionals.

    • Required Skills & Experience

  • 5–12 years in affiliate marketing, performance partnerships, or growth marketing for apps, subscriptions, or e-commerce.
  • Strong network in affiliate agencies, ad networks, and influencer marketing agencies.
  • Proven track record in selling digital subscription products (OTT, SaaS, EdTech, Creator Tools, etc.) via affiliates.
  • Knowledge of tracking platforms, mobile attribution (Appsflyer, Branch), and CRMs.
  • Success in managing commission-based models with high ROI.
  • Strong negotiation, project management, and communication skills.
  • Bonus : Experience in entertainment, media-tech, or the creator economy space.
