We are seeking an Advisory - Enterprise Architecture Manager who will be expected to facilitate alignment between business and IT , and across the democratized IT landscape. This role involves engaging with both business and IT stakeholders , building and maintaining strong relationships. You will be instrumental in adapting to changing business and operating models , analyzing trends and disruptions , and assessing their impact on targeted business outcomes. A key aspect of this role is the ability to tell stories to visualize the future state and trigger long-term planning. You will also support various operating models such as project-centric and product-centric, effectively communicate the value of enterprise architecture , and drive the evolution of EA teams' services and operating model . Furthermore, you will coach and mentor other architects, product owners / managers, and business stakeholders to instill architectural thinking .
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Alignment : Facilitate alignment between business and IT , and across the democratized IT landscape, ensuring technology strategies support business objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Engage business and IT stakeholders , proactively building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships.
- Adaptability & Analysis : Adapt to changing business and operating models , and analyze trends and disruptions , assessing their impact on targeted business outcomes within the retail sector.
- Future State Visualization : Tell compelling stories to visualize the future state of the enterprise architecture and trigger long-term strategic planning.
- Operating Model Support : Support various operating models such as project-centric and product-centric, providing architectural guidance.
- EA Value Communication : Communicate the value of enterprise architecture and its portfolio of services to various audiences.
- EA Team Evolution : Drive the evolution of the EA team's services and operating model , ensuring continuous improvement and relevance.
- Mentorship & Coaching : Coach and mentor other architects, product owners / managers, and business stakeholders to instill architectural thinking across the organization.
Required Skills and Experience
Proven experience in an Enterprise Architecture role, preferably with a focus on the Retail domain .Demonstrated ability to facilitate alignment between business and IT .Strong experience in engaging and building relationships with business and IT stakeholders .Ability to adapt to changing business and operating models .Proficiency in analyzing trends and disruptions and assessing their business impact.Skilled in visualizing future states and facilitating long-term strategic planning.Experience in supporting various operating models (e.g., project-centric, product-centric).Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate the value of enterprise architecture effectively.Experience in driving the evolution of EA teams' services and operating models .Proven capability to coach and mentor other architects, product owners / managers, and business stakeholders in architectural thinking.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.Skills Required
