Advisory -Enterprise Architecture - Retail -Manager

We are seeking an Advisory - Enterprise Architecture Manager who will be expected to facilitate alignment between business and IT , and across the democratized IT landscape. This role involves engaging with both business and IT stakeholders , building and maintaining strong relationships. You will be instrumental in adapting to changing business and operating models , analyzing trends and disruptions , and assessing their impact on targeted business outcomes. A key aspect of this role is the ability to tell stories to visualize the future state and trigger long-term planning. You will also support various operating models such as project-centric and product-centric, effectively communicate the value of enterprise architecture , and drive the evolution of EA teams' services and operating model . Furthermore, you will coach and mentor other architects, product owners / managers, and business stakeholders to instill architectural thinking .

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Alignment : Facilitate alignment between business and IT , and across the democratized IT landscape, ensuring technology strategies support business objectives.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Engage business and IT stakeholders , proactively building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships.
• Adaptability & Analysis : Adapt to changing business and operating models , and analyze trends and disruptions , assessing their impact on targeted business outcomes within the retail sector.
• Future State Visualization : Tell compelling stories to visualize the future state of the enterprise architecture and trigger long-term strategic planning.
• Operating Model Support : Support various operating models such as project-centric and product-centric, providing architectural guidance.
• EA Value Communication : Communicate the value of enterprise architecture and its portfolio of services to various audiences.
• EA Team Evolution : Drive the evolution of the EA team's services and operating model , ensuring continuous improvement and relevance.
• Mentorship & Coaching : Coach and mentor other architects, product owners / managers, and business stakeholders to instill architectural thinking across the organization.
