As a Techno Commercial Lead – Security , you will blend Technical Expertise with Commercial Acumen to expand Cavitak’s Channel Network, strengthen key partnerships, and enhance the market presence of the Security Business Unit .

What you will be doing :

  • Drive sales and business growth for CCTV, Access Control & Integrated Security Solutions .
  • Develop and manage Channel Partners, System Integrators, and Key Accounts .
  • Provide Techno-Commercial Support — solution design, BOQ, and proposal presentations.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
  • Collaborate internally for pricing, marketing, and post-sales coordination.
  • Achieve defined Sales, Revenue, and Profitability Targets .
  • Ability to build and maintain strong ties with Architects and Consultants
  • What we are looking for :

  • Qualification : B.E. / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or related field.
  • Experience : 5–7 years in CCTV, Access Control, or Integrated Security Solutions with a distributor, OEM, or SI.
  • Strong technical and commercial acumen in security systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Location : Ahmedabad
