Job descriptionDashboarding Expertise : The candidate must have deep experience in creating dashboards from scratch, particularly in scenarios where data is unstructured. They should know how to clean, transform, and convert unstructured data into a structured format suitable for dashboard creation. Full BI Lifecycle Exposure : They should be well-versed in the entire BI process – from data ingestion, modelling, and transformation to visualization and storytelling through dashboards. Analytical Thinking & Outcome Interpretation : The candidate should have the ability to derive insights and explain the meaning behind the dashboard visuals, not just create them. This includes the ability to present and interpret dashboards effectively to senior leadership / CXO-level stakeholders, including client-side executives. Strong Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are critical. The candidate should be able to articulate technical insights in a simple and impactful manner to non-technical stakeholders.
Key Requirements :
- Strong BI dashboarding experience with Tableau as the primary tool.
- Exposure to Power BI and Looker (Google's BI tool) is a plus.
- Proven ability to present insights to senior leadership.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Desirable skill – AI ML exposure. Knowledge if have exp very good.
