About the Company

PMO / Project Controls Manager / Engineer Experience 8 - 20 years in Project Controls of Data Centre / Similar EPC Project / Working Knowledge of Primavera / MSP

About the Role

Maintain a centralized view of all projects and programs, Prioritize projects based on strategic alignment, ROI, and resource availability.

Responsibilities

Development of Organization and Work Breakdown Structure, Project controls plan and associated procedures

Preparation of Cost Control Procedures, Cash Flow forecast and Earned Value Analysis

Monitoring and Managing project risks, including the identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks and opportunities

Track KPIs across projects (cost, schedule, scope, quality) and Accurate and timely project reporting to stakeholders, including progress updates, reports, and risk registers

Collaboration with project managers and engineers and Identify performance trends and recommend corrective measures

Liaise with PMC, EPCM, Contractors and other stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure alignment with project goals

Qualifications

Education details : Electrical / Civil / Mechnical

Required Skills

Working Knowledge of Primavera / MSP

Preferred Skills

Experience in Project Controls of Data Centre / Similar EPC Project
