About the Role

We are looking for a talented and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The Product Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our core “Strategic Response Management (SRM)” offering, with a particular emphasis on leveraging AI technology. This individual will be responsible for driving product strategy, defining product roadmap, and overseeing the successful execution of product initiatives. Essential Responsibilities

• Product Planning & Execution : Collaborate with product leaders to define strategy and roadmap. Use data-driven prioritization for feature development. Maintain a refined backlog for strategic alignment.
• Development & Delivery : Lead end-to-end feature execution, breaking down requirements into epics and user stories. Manage release plans with clear scope and acceptance criteria. Ensure feasibility and quality through technical collaboration.
• Customer Focus & Innovation : Gather insights from research, feedback, and data to inform decisions. Leverage AI for automation and innovation. Identify emerging technologies to enhance products.
• Cross-functional Leadership : Align with sales, marketing, and customer success for effective launches. Communicate roadmap and benefits. Own product collaterals.
• Performance & Optimization : Define and track KPIs. Establish feedback loops to refine and improve product performance.
