What you’ll do :
- Lead all content creation - ensuring high-quality, engaging and organic social reach across IG, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc. The focus will be equally on performance and brand content - quirky ads, standout food formats, founder-led content and more — all with a dash of humour.
- Oversee creative + performance marketing alignment by developing strong performance-ready creatives that are insight-led, thumb-stopping and designed to convert.
- Manage visual output and production end-to-end, including shoots with the internal team (editor + freelancers), with consistent brand aesthetics.
- Develop and nurture influencer relationships, drive community engagement, and build organic word-of-mouth around the brand through relatable and exciting content formats.
- Work closely with the founder and cross-functional teams to execute 0→1 brand projects, taking full ownership and being hands-on in a fast-paced environment.
Who Will Do Well Here :
4–8 years of experience in new-age brands or strong creative agenciesBackground in copywriting + creative strategy - writing, scripting, content, brand.Storytelling chops (writing, poems, voiceovers) will be an added advantageComfortable working with small agile teams, arranging shoots, and running high-velocity content.
