Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end project planning, execution and timely delivery.
• Handle all client communication, feedback, and relationship management.
• Coordinate with design, content, SEO, and marketing teams for smooth workflow.
• Track project progress, performance metrics and ensure consistent quality.
• Manage task allocation, prioritisation and ensure deadlines are met.
• Monitor SEO, social media, website, and digital marketing activities.
• Guide team members and ensure accountability across all projects.
• Take full ownership of ongoing services including content creation, digital marketing, AEO / GEO, SEO, branding and web projects.
• Participate in client meetings, reviews, pitches and marketing discussions.
• Proactively identify gaps, solve problems and maintain a growth-focused environment.
