Job description8–12+ Years of experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) . Strong hands-on experience with OTM Cloud ; exposure to both functional and technical areas. Proficiency in SQL and OTM-related data structures. Knowledge of DevOps pipelines , version control, build / release processes. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies . Experience with OTM on-premises to cloud migration (mandatory for senior role; good to have for mid-level). Excellent communication and client interaction skills. OTM certifications Experience in Logistics / Supply Chain domain API / Integration understanding (SOAP / REST) OTM Consultant → 8+ years experience Senior OTM Consultant → 10–12+ years experience + migration background preferred

About the Role
We are hiring OTM Consultants and Senior OTM Consultants who will play a key role in delivering end-to-end Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) implementations. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience working with OTM Cloud , SQL , and must be well-versed with Agile & DevOps practices . Experience with OTM on-premise to cloud migration will be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead or participate in full lifecycle OTM Implementation projects .
- Work with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into OTM solutions.
- Configure OTM modules, workflows, agents, and automation rules.
- Perform OTM Cloud configurations and support integration with external systems.
- Conduct functional and technical analysis, develop solution designs, and troubleshoot system issues.
- Support OTM on-premise to cloud migration activities (if applicable).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile / DevOps environment .
- Create documentation, functional specs, and process flows for implementations.
