Responsibilities :
- Developing and executing a content acquisition strategy aligned with the company's goals and target audience in the Hindi Non film Music Space
- Ideation, planning, creation, execution of audio & video assets & I.P for Hindi Non film content based on data & trend analysis.
- Identifying artists & production houses for content, including individual creators, production companies and studios.
- Initiating and maintaining relationships with potentials and partners through effective communication and collaboration
