Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage the production team to ensure efficient utilization of manpower, machines, and resources.
  • Oversee CNC Programming (Delcam / MasterCAM, UG) for precision machining operations.
  • Supervise and support in proving aerospace & defence precision parts as per quality standards.
  • Plan, monitor, and control production schedules to meet delivery timelines.
  • Design and implement tools & fixtures required for machining operations.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Design, Procurement, and Maintenance) to ensure smooth production flow.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and maintain quality standards.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and organizational policies within the production department.
