Key Account Manager - Medical Education & Leadership Programs

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and engage medical practitioners inclined to shift from clinical practice to leadership / administration or entrepreneurial ventures.
• Promote and sensitize healthcare professionals about education programs, certifications, or leadership pathways offered by the institution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and program adoption.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales and enrollment budgets.
• Collaborate with marketing, academic, and operational teams to enhance outreach and program delivery.
• Track and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine business strategies.
• Provide regular updates, reports, and forecasts to Skills & Competencies :
• Proven track record as a Key Account Manager (810 years).
• Experience in educational institutions / universities or medical education programs (preferred).
• Strong relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Target-driven and self-motivated with a go-getter attitude.
• Ability to understand and present value propositions effectively to senior medical professionals.
• Good organizational and time management & Experience :
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field is required.
• MBA or Postgraduate qualification in Sales / Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or Education Management is preferred.
• 8-10 years of key account management experience, preferably in educational services, medical education, or leadership development programs
