Job Summary :

We are hiring a Senior Full Stack Developer with 4–6 years of hands-on experience in React.js , Node.js , Express.js , and MySQL . The ideal candidate will not only be a strong individual contributor but also capable of leading a small development team. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a leadership role in a fast-paced product environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and develop scalable web applications using React.js (frontend) and Node.js + Express.js (backend)

Design and manage databases using MySQL, ensuring high performance and responsiveness

Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use

Collaborate with UI / UX designers, product managers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality products

Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code

Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Develop, test, and deploy full-stack web applications using React.js (Frontend), Node.js + Express.js (Backend), and MySQL (Database)

Lead a small team of developers and provide technical guidance and code reviews

Collaborate closely with product managers, UI / UX designers, and QA to ensure timely delivery

Write clean, modular, and scalable code following best practices

Design and manage relational databases and optimize performance

Participate in architectural decisions and contribute to improving development processes

Mentor junior team members and ensure coding standards are maintained

Nice to Have :

4–6 years of strong full-stack development experience

Proficiency in React.js , Node.js , Express.js , and MySQL

Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming

Good database design and query optimization skills

Experience in managing source control with Git

Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills

Prior experience leading or mentoring developers

Preferred Qualification :

Experience in a product-based company

Familiarity with Agile methodologies

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus

Good communication and team leadership abilities
