#HiringNow – Hotel Operation Executive (Mumbai) 🏨✈️

Dept : Hotel Operations | Type : Full-Time

📍 Location : Mumbai

💼 Experience : 1–8 years ( Mandatory – Travel Industry )

🕒 Rotational Shifts :

8 AM – 5 PM | 10 AM – 7 PM | 12 PM – 9 PM | 2 PM – 11 PM | 11 PM – 8 AM

🚫 No night shifts for females

What You’ll Do :

  • Manage calls & emails with travel agents, suppliers & internal teams
  • Handle booking queries, amendments & escalations
  • Negotiate best terms with suppliers
  • Resolve operational issues & ensure booking conversions
  • Maintain high service & follow-up standards

What You Bring :

💼 Travel industry ops / customer care experience

🗣 English & Hindi fluency

⏱ Flexible for rotational shifts

🔍 Strong attention to detail & problem-solving skills
