Compensation : $5 per hour
Schedule : Monday – Friday, 4 PM – 9 PM PST
Job Overview :
Sapience Tutoring is looking for an English Teacher (Session Recap Specialist) to ensure high-quality communication with parents regarding their child’s tutoring progress. In this role, you will review, edit, analyze, and refine session recaps written by tutors before sending them to parents. These recaps serve as a summary of student performance, strengths, areas for improvement, and next steps.
Responsibilities :
- Review & Edit Tutor Session Recaps – Ensure clarity, accuracy, and professionalism in all reports.
- Analyze Student Progress Reports – Identify patterns in student learning and suggest improvements.
- Communicate Effectively with Parents – Send session summaries and ensure parents understand their child’s academic progress.
- Maintain Consistency in Reporting – Follow structured guidelines to ensure all recaps meet company standards.
- Collaborate with Tutors & Staff – Provide feedback on session recaps and assist in improving tutor documentation.
