Job description

We're Hiring : Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, emails, and communications with professionalism and a strong customer service mindset.
  • Serve as a secondary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors across multiple engagements.
  • Organize and support the scheduling and execution of CMMC certification training sessions.
  • Monitor project schedules and budgets, identifying and flagging potential risks early.
  • Maintain up-to-date project data in our PSA tool to support accurate reporting and forecasting.
  • Ensure data accuracy for leadership and internal teams to support strategic decision-making.
  • Provide regular project status updates to clients via email.
  • Proactively escalate concerns or issues related to client satisfaction or internal operations.
  • Take on additional duties as needed within the scope of the role.

What You Bring to the Team :

  • 10+ years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in operations or project coordination in a consulting environment.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
  • Proficient in project management tools and familiar with project delivery methodologies.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
