Job Role Summary :

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Expert to provide comprehensive technical support for our implementation of Highradius and Partner projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving complex technical issues, troubleshooting Cloud UAT environment related problems, and developing innovative tools to minimize technical disruptions.

To achieve these goals, the candidate must possess excellent problem-solving skills, a strong understanding of technical details, and exceptional debugging abilities.

In addition, the ideal candidate should have experience in mentoring new team members, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Solving complex technical issues for product implementation and tickets resolution by debugging and providing resolutions.
Troubleshooting Cloud UAT environment related technical issues.
Developing innovative tools and utilities to reduce technical issues.
Creating and maintaining knowledge base articles, FAQs, and other technical documentation.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address customer feedback and improve product quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

3-5 years of Java development / Java Support experience using Java.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (preferably from a reputable university).

Strong problem-solving skills and excellent debugging abilities.

Experience in technically mentoring and guiding new team members.
