Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Key Account Sales Manager located in Bengaluru. The Key Account Sales Manager will manage relationships with key clients, identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include developing account management strategies, providing exceptional customer service, effectively communicating offerings to clients, and delivering solutions tailored to individual business needs. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and meeting sales objectives is a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales and Key Accounts management
  • Proficiency in Account Management and Customer Service techniques
  • Excellent Communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proven experience in business development and fostering client satisfaction
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment and collaborate with teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
