About the Role :

We are seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Executive to support US-based technical hiring , with a focus on senior and leadership-level roles . The ideal candidate will be experienced in Recruiter and Boolean search , managing end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced US staffing environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for US-based technical roles, including leadership positions.
• Hire for strategic roles such as Solutions Architect, Presales Architect, Consulting Partner , and similar profiles.
• Recruit across technologies including SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Cloud, Big Data , and related platforms.
• Perform active sourcing using Recruiter, Boolean search
• Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Partner with account managers and delivery teams to understand hiring needs.
• Maintain strong candidate pipelines and accurate recruitment reports.
• Work in US time zones with high responsiveness.
• Stay updated on US hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and compliance .
