Accounts Receivable Specialist

Position : Accounts Receivable Executive

Experience : 2–4 Years

Location : Thane (Onsite – 5 Days, Monday to Friday)

Shift Timing : 7 : 00 PM – 4 : 30 AM IST (Night Shift)

Joining : Immediate Joiner Only

Key Responsibilities :

Handle end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) processes including invoicing, billing, and collections.

Reconcile customer accounts and promptly resolve any discrepancies.

Follow up with clients for outstanding payments to ensure timely collections.

Maintain accurate AR reports and documentation.

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth billing operations.

Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Required Skills :

Solid understanding of AR processes and accounting principles.

Hands-on experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, etc.).

Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.

Comfortable working in the night shift .
