Role Overview :
The GRE will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, representing the company with professionalism and warmth. This role involves managing the front desk, handling calls and inquiries, coordinating office administration, and supporting the sales and operations teams as needed.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages; route them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain the reception area's appearance and ensure it reflects the company's brand image.
- Handle client inquiries about ongoing or upcoming projects.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings.
- Manage courier deliveries, incoming / outgoing mail, and office supplies.
- Support the Admin team with basic data entry tasks.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.
- Assist in internal communication.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Graduate in any field1–3 years of experience as a GRE, front office executive, or customer service role (real estate experience is an advantage).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).Smart, presentable, and customer-service oriented.Ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced work environment.
