We are hiring, Category Manager - Activities (Global Destinations)

Thrillophilia is India’s largest multi-day tours platform and one of the fastest-growing travel companies globally.
Activities (“Things To Do”) is one of our highest-velocity verticals, and we’re looking for someone who can take it from strong to category-defining.
This is not a listing role.
This is not a vendor-management role.
This is not a “keep-the-engine-running” role.
This is a full-stack growth seat where you will own GMV, margin, attach rates, cancellations, supply depth, and city-level P&L—end to end.
What You Will Actually Do

You will own growth for the Activities vertical across global markets.
Not support it. Not shadow it. Own it.
Your day-to-day will look like :
1. Build & scale high-impact SKUs
2. Drive Pricing, Margins & Take-Rate
3. Grow Attach Rate on Tours
A major lever.
You will design & run experiments to lift activities attach-rate on top-selling tours across Dubai, Singapore, Thailand, Bali, Europe.
4. Reduce Refunds & Cancellations
5. Own City-Level P&L
6. Run Experiments That Move Revenue
