About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled Adobe Analytics Analyst to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in digital analytics, with a focus on Adobe Analytics.

This role will involve collaborating with our onshore team to identify opportunities, optimize digital experiences, and drive data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities :

Data Analysis and Insights :

Leverage Adobe Analytics to extract meaningful insights from website and app data.
Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior, conversion rates, and other key metrics.
Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to inform data-driven strategies.

Reporting and Dashboards :

Develop and maintain accurate and insightful reports and dashboards.

Customize reports to meet specific business needs and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Customer Journey Analysis :

Utilize Adobe Analytics to analyze customer journeys across multiple channels.

Identify pain points, drop-off points, and opportunities for optimization.

Recommend data-driven strategies to improve customer experiences.

Collaboration and Communication :

Collaborate closely with the onshore team to align on goals, share insights, and address issues.

Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Present findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.

Technical Skills :

Proficiency in Adobe Analytics, including data collection, processing, and analysis.

Experience with Adobe Analytics reporting, dashboards, and segmentation.

Strong understanding of web analytics concepts, such as page views, sessions, and conversions.

Familiarity with SQL and other data querying languages.

Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) is a significant advantage.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Flexibility to work in an overlapping shift with the onshore team (until 12 PM EST)
