The Selection Rounds
We don't test for management jargon — we test for clarity and empathy.
1. The Ground Round : You'll get a real-world problem faced by our users. Your task — solve it your way and explain your approach.
2. The Insight Round : A deep conversation on how you think about user behaviour, process improvement, and design flow.
3. The Team Fit Day : Spend a day with us in Gurgaon HQ — meet our drivers, join real feedback calls, brainstorm improvements live with our product team.
