Order Management Business Analyst
We are seeking a seasoned Order Management Business Analyst to support our team in driving digital innovation in the travel-tech sector.
- Main Responsibilities :
- Data Migration and Quality : Collaborate with international teams to implement functional requirements and best practices for large-scale data migration projects (ETL) from external systems to ServiceNow.
- Migration Strategies and Validations : Define and validate functional mappings and migration strategies to ensure seamless data quality and consistency in key OM objects.
- Process Optimization : Work with cross-functional teams to optimize Order Management processes, leveraging expertise in ServiceNow OM data model and processes.
Requirements :
Order Management Experience : Proven experience in supporting Order Management projects with a strong understanding of ServiceNow OM data model and processes.Large-Scale Data Migration : Experience with ETL and data quality validation is essential.International Teamwork : Ability to collaborate effectively with internationally distributed teams.Fluent English : Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Benefits :
