(Urgent) SAP CRM

We are seeking a highly motivated CRM Solutions Consultant to join our dynamic IT Operations Team. This pivotal role requires a blend of technical expertise and exceptional communication skills, as you will be the key liaison between our internal customers—our employees—and our technical teams. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, possesses a strong desire to learn, and is capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide support and maintenance for SAP applications, focusing on SAP CRM / SAP Marketing solutions and other services that enable using customer’s data in client retention and marketing processes
• Monitor application performance and ensure uninterrupted service delivery to internal users.
• Handle incident and change management, responding promptly to user-reported issues and requests for enhancements.
• Conduct training sessions for non-technical colleagues to facilitate their understanding and effective use of CRM tools.
• Collaborate with product teams to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, driving continuous improvement.
• Actively engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and assess the effectiveness of current processes.
• Utilize your knowledge of e-mail marketing tools and CRM applications to support marketing initiatives and customer retention efforts.
• Challenge the status quo to identify opportunities for innovation and improved efficiency within the team.
