About the Role

We are looking for a Senior UI / UX Designer with 3–5 years of strong experience in SaaS product design, who can independently manage the entire design lifecycle. You will work on digital products across multiple industries in a fast-moving startup ecosystem. This is a high-impact role that requires creativity, ownership, and practical experience in designing seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design process for SaaS-based web and mobile applications – from concept to final UI.

Create wireframes, user journeys, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.

Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to align UX with business needs.

Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to validate design decisions.

Build and manage design systems to ensure UI consistency across projects.

Ensure smooth handoff to developers and support during implementation.

Work on multiple projects in HealthTech, EdTech, FinTech, and other verticals.

Required Skills & Experience

3–5 years of experience in UI / UX design, especially for SaaS or B2B platforms.

Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

Strong understanding of user-centered design, usability principles, and responsive design.

Ability to independently handle projects with minimal supervision.

Solid portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design (wireframes to final UI).

Good communication and presentation skills to explain design rationale.

Experience designing for both desktop and mobile platforms.

Nice to Have

Exposure to startups or fast-paced agile teams.

Knowledge of HTML / CSS for better dev collaboration.

Experience with design handoff tools like Zeplin, and project tools like Jira or Notion.

Visual design or branding skills are a plus.
