  • Assist with   recruitment activities , including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Help manage   employee onboarding and offboarding processes .
  • Support   employee engagement initiatives   and internal communication.
  • Maintain   HR records, attendance, and documentation .
  • Collaborate with the People Ops team to   improve HR processes .
  • Learn about   performance management, learning & development, and HR tools .
