Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Head located in Ramtek. The Account Head will oversee all financial operations, including preparing financial statements, managing accounts, and implementing accounting processes. Additional responsibilities include strategic financial planning, analysis of financial data, and effective team management to meet organizational objectives. This role is critical to ensuring the financial health and compliance of the company.

Qualifications

• MBA / CPA in finance or accounting is prefered
• Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data
• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and understanding Finance principles
• Expertise in Account Management and developing efficient accounting systems
• Team Management skills to lead, guide, and collaborate effectively with team members
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in the agro-food or related industry is an advantage
