Looking to work with a global leader in Business Process Management?

We are hiring multiple Service Desk (L1) Support roles across experience levels for full-time, work-from-office positions.

๐Ÿ–ฅ๏ธ Open Positions :

๐Ÿ”น Freshers (Technical Background) โ€“ Pune

๐Ÿ”น 1+ Years Exp โ€“ Pune

๐Ÿ”น 3+ Years Exp โ€“ Pune & Bangalore

๐ŸŸฉ Key Skills Required :

  • Strong communication (verbal & written)
  • Analytical thinking & problem-solving
  • Experience with IT Service Desk / L1 Tech Support
  • Basic knowledge of AD, O365, Azure, Networking
  • Troubleshooting skills across Windows, Outlook, Teams, VPN , etc.
  • Experience using ticketing tools and following ITIL practices
  • Ability to manage incidents via phone, email, web, or chat
  • 100% Work From Office โ€“ No hybrid

๐Ÿ“ Locations : Pune & Bangalore

๐Ÿ•’ Shifts : Rotational (US / UK) | 24x7 environment

๐Ÿ“„ Notice Period : Immediate to 30 days preferred

๐Ÿ“œ Education : Graduation / Post-Graduation with all marksheets & certificates mandatory

๐Ÿ’ผ Experience Range & CTC :

  • Freshers โ€“ 2.5 LPA Tech background only - Pune
  • 1+ years โ€“ Up to 5 LPA โ€“ Pune
  • 3+ years โ€“ Up to 7 LPA โ€“ Pune & Bangalore
  • ๐Ÿ’ก Final package will be based on experience, last CTC, and performance in the evaluation process.
  • ๐Ÿ” Non-Negotiables :

  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Willingness to work 24x7 shifts
  • Full-time education (15 years) โ€“ Graduation required
  • Provisional degree and mark sheets needed for onboarding
