Workday Integration Consultant / Developer

Job Title – Lead Integration Consultant / Developer (Workday)

Location – On-site in Pune, India (preferred) or Hyderabad, India (acceptable). Hybrid flexibility available.

Role Type – Direct Hire

Salary - DOE

Must Have Skills :

5+ years of Workday configuration experience

2+ years of hands-on Workday Studio and integrations development

Workday Pro – Integrations or Workday Extend certification (1 required)

Hands-on experience with EIB, APIs / Web Services, Cloud Connect, and Studio

Ability to work on-site in Pune or Hyderabad, with flexibility for occasional weekend go-lives

Responsibilities and Job Details :

Lead the development, configuration, and deployment of Workday integrations using Studio, EIB, and other tools

Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to understand integration requirements and translate them into scalable solutions

Support and maintain existing integrations, ensuring reliability and performance

Participate in Workday updates and releases, ensuring integrations remain functional and up-to-date

Troubleshoot integration issues and provide timely resolutions

Work within a fast-paced environment with frequent reprioritization

Support go-lives, occasionally during weekends, as needed

Act as a subject matter expert on Workday integrations for internal teams

Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing within the HR technology team

Participate in team syncs and collaboration sessions across geographies

Provide mentorship and support to junior team members within the integrations team
