Job Summary :

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented US Recruiter to join our growing team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat . This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about recruitment and are eager to work with clients in the Engineering and Aviation sectors in the United States. No prior experience is required-just the right attitude, communication skills, and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities :

Source and identify potential candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and internal databases.

Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients in the US.

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring positions.

Work closely with the US recruitment team to understand job requirements and deliver quality candidates.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Stay updated with trends in the US job market, especially within the engineering and aviation sectors.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in any field.

0 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field (freshers are welcome).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Willingness to work night shifts to align with US business hours.

Basic understanding of the Engineering or Aviation industry is a plus, but not mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications :

Previous experience in US recruitment or technical staffing.

Familiarity with US work authorizations (H1B, GC, US Citizen, etc.) and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).

Exposure to job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, or LinkedIn Recruiter.
