About Our Client
Our client is a leading private equity fund focussing on investments across PE, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Climate, Credit etc.
Job Description
- Leading mid-sized investments end to end including deal evaluation, diligence, analysis, transaction structuring, execution, documentation and deal closures
- Preparing and reviewing financial models, investment memorandum and other deal collateral
- Contributing to deal origination
- Leading board discussions and preparing memos / presentations as needed
- Reviewing investments and portfolio and periodic financial updates and interfacing with the operating teams
- Supporting team in operations including regulatory, audit, finance, other compliances as necessary; liasoning with both internal and external parties to ensure smooth work flow
- Team player with an ability to work as part of cross-functional deal teams
- Good communication skills with proficiency in client interactions and interface
- Analytical mind-set
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial modelling
- Industry knowledge and relationships in infrastructure sector
