Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced SuccessFactors LMS Consultant with extensive hands-on experience in end-to-end implementations . The ideal candidate should have minimum 7 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience , including at least 2 complete LMS implementation projects . You will work closely with business stakeholders to design, configure, and deliver SuccessFactors LMS solutions that meet organizational learning and compliance needs.

Experience :

Minimum 7 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience .

At least 2 end-to-end LMS implementations

Key Skills :

Strong SuccessFactors LMS implementation experience (minimum 2 end-to-end projects).

Knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central, Reporting, and Admin tools .

Hands-on experience in integration, configuration, and system administration within SuccessFactors LMS.

Experience with content management, certifications, learning paths, and compliance training .

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills .

Key Responsibilities :

Lead end-to-end SuccessFactors LMS implementations , including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Collaborate with HR, L&D, and IT teams to understand learning and compliance requirements.

Configure and maintain SuccessFactors LMS modules , including learning administration, curriculum management, certifications, compliance tracking, and reporting.

Perform system integrations with other SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting) or third-party LMS / content providers.

Design and create dashboards, analytics, and reports to provide actionable insights for learning programs.

Conduct UAT, training, and knowledge transfer sessions for business users.

Support data migration, workflows, notifications, and system enhancements.

Provide guidance on best practices, compliance standards, and system optimization .
