Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Manager / Assistant Manager – Experience / Events Operations to lead the end-to-end execution of corporate experiences. This is a travel-intensive, on-ground role responsible for ensuring seamless event operations — from vendor and venue coordination to logistics management and client engagement.

The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys problem-solving in real time, and takes pride in delivering flawless, high-impact experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead on-ground execution of events, off-sites, and experiences — from setup to closure.
• Oversee logistics, transport, hospitality arrangements, technical setups, and guest management.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venue partners to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
• Act as the operational point-of-contact for clients and partners during live events.
• Supervise and guide on-ground staff, ensuring smooth communication and role clarity.
• Manage resources, inventories, and ensure operational checklists are adhered to.
• Conduct post-event debriefs, document learnings, and drive continuous process improvements.

Requirements :
