About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Production In-Charge to manage daily production operations at our seaweed processing facilities. This role involves ensuring consistent product quality, optimizing resource utilization, and maintaining safe, smooth, and efficient production workflows. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in process manufacturing, chemical handling, and production management, with strong capabilities in operational control, quality assurance, and team supervision.

Note : Candidates must have relevant experience in the chemical, or agro-chemical industry. Applications from other industries will not be considered.

Responsibilities

Production

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day production activities to meet defined targets and timelines.
• Plan and allocate manpower, equipment, and material resources efficiently.
• Monitor process parameters, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Work closely with maintenance and operations teams to minimize downtime.
