We’re Hiring : Lead Implementation Engineer | Locations : Noida & Ahmedabad (WFO) | Experience : 7+ Years | Tools : ITSM Tools, Linux / Unix, OS

We’re looking for an experienced Lead Implementation Engineer with strong expertise in ITSM tools and hands-on experience in implementing ITSM solutions for enterprise customers.

What You’ll Do :

Design and implement ITSM architectures for enterprise clients.
Lead end-to-end ITSM tool implementations and integrations.
Collaborate with DevOps, Product, Support, and Security teams for smooth project delivery.
Conduct customer workshops, technical trainings, and solution handovers.
Develop documentation, best practices, and mentor junior engineers.

What We’re Looking For :

Proven experience in ITSM implementation ( ServiceNow, ManageEngine, Microfocus, Zoho Service Desk) .

Exposure to monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Grafana, ELK Stack, Broadcom).

Strong understanding of ITIL processes and network architectures (secure zones, DMZ).

Experience with on-premises and cloud deployments.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

ITIL certification preferred.

Hands-on with Linux / Unix and OS environments .
